GOLDEN RULES
Always use Common Sense and Common Courtesy!
Based on the rules you can see please use common sense and courtesy outside of the rules. Just because the rules don't say you can/cant do something does not mean you can or should do it.
Treat others how you want to be treated in return!
If your going to be acting like a little shit you will be treated as such in return and thous will receive no help from players or staff. Dont be that person!
SERVER RULES
Staff give their time voluntarily and may not respond within a minute. Do not Demand. When an Online member of Staff notices you require help they can finish what there doing before running to your aid unless it's strictly serious like griefing.
Remember that staff are also players and would like to play just like you!

It is in your best interest to listen to staff orders. Otherwise you will fall under what i call “Do or Don't” Punishments. Do what your told or don't and be punished.
If you disagree with any staff related punishments dealt or you have an issue with a staff member then join the discord above.
Aperture Network Discord not Official Tekkit Discord and assign the global role upon joining and post in #appeal-punishments or #reporting-staff. Please becareful that you don't post the wrong thing in the wrong channel.

Use of Clients that contain Built in Hacks such as Nukers etc will result in a Permanent Ban.
The use of client mods that can bypass being able to Fly, Jump, Unusual Climbing, Speed and seeing through blocks known as Xraying will result in 1 Month Bans.
CHAT RELATED RULES
​These are the chat related rules. Please read them carefully and remember the Golden Rules!

Joining the server and immediately spitting out words like “Niggers” etc will result in Permanent Bans.

Please reframe from Strong Language usage.

Life Threatening Players or Staff will result in a Permanent Ban.

Please do not spam or flood chats.

Please do not advertise on any of our servers or services!

No not start heated Political, Theoretical, Ideological debates.

Evading Mutes or Bans will double your Punishment time.
-
Renaming Weapons and Tools to say inappropriate stuff that pops up in chat will result in 1-7 Day Bans and the item being destroyed with no refund of materials.

Impersonating Players or Staff will result in Permanent Ban.

Harassing Players or Staff in chat will result in 1-7 Day Mutes Further Harassment 1-7 Day Ban.

Sexual Harassment will result in Permanent Ban.
-
Lack of general respect towards Players or Staff will result in 1-48 Hour Mutes.

Server chat is English only. Not speaking English will result in 1-48 Hour Mutes.

Posting Links or Self-Promoting in chat will result in 1-7 Day Ban.

Bating anyone into breaking the rules will result in 1-7 Day Ban.

Disclosing ANY private information about a Player or Staff member will result in a Permanent Ban.

Direct Personal Threats or Attacks Are Prohibited towards Staff and Other Players and you will be Permanently Banned.
It is best to prevent yourself discussing punishments in chat. If you disagree with any member of staff punishing you or a player then go to the discord and use the staff-report section with screenshots and other related proof. One of the higher staff members will look at your case and will give their ruling.
This is final (unless an Even higher staff overrules)
All PM’s are recorded to the server log and can be retrieved as required.

SERVER RELATED RULES
Griefing, Stealing, Raiding, Unauthorized Claim Entry, Claims and Builds related rules

Please do not destroy, deface, graffiti, or build on top of another person’s build.

Griefing to cause lag will get you Permanently Banned.

Do not steal from a players claim after getting /trusted.
-
Raiding unclaimed Bases is allowed.
-
Trespassing on someone's property will result in 3 verbal warnings. Ignoring a maximum of those warnings will result in 1 Day Ban.

Griefing public Structures (end portal, spawn, mines, etc) will result in 1 Month Ban.
-
Offensive Builds will be torn down and you will get 1-7 Day Ban.

Try not to build to close to another player. Try to keep a reasonable distance from an existing player with a minimum block distance of at least 100 unless otherwise stated by that player. Ignoring this will result in possible deletion of the base/claim after 3 warnings by Staff. Your base will then be subjected to raiding.

Spider Claiming isn't Allowed. Claims scattered to claim a larger area or box a players claim in. You will get 1-7 Day Ban.

Claiming any of the End Portals will result in 1-7 Day Ban.

Staff has the right to check out bases if they suspect foul play or any rule breaking (mod+ reserves the right to check up on bases at any time, as long as it does not interfere with the players time on the server). Compliance is Mandatory if Required.

You the player are responsible of your own account character and if you don't log out and someone else in your household etc decides to fuck your shit up it's on you. That is your own self punishment.
If you don't own it leave it unless otherwise stated by an Administrator +.

MACHINES / FARMS / SPAWNERS / LAGG MACHINES
-
Building Lag Machines will result in 1-7 Day Ban.
-
Building any form of Anti-AFK Constructs will result in 1-7 Day Ban. Further abuse results in 1 Month Bans.

24/7 Farms are not allowed. Off switch mandatory. Ignoring that fact after multiple warnings will result in 1-7 Day Bans.(Counts for vanilla spawners too).

Keep Farms and Mob Grinders to limited use and only if you require the drops. Ignoring warnings about this will result in 1-7 Day Ban.

Having more than 1 spawner turned on will result in warnings and ignoring them can lead to 1-7 Day Ban.

Redstone clocks or any other related redstone contraptions are not to be left turned on 24/7 and can lead to 1-7 Day Bans.

Item limits: Laser drill/base setup, Max 4 Laser drill/base setup (so 4 lasers, 1 base, per setup, 16 lasers, 4 bases total), Quarries 1x, etc. should be used with a limited reasonable amount to prevent tps slaughter. (If found it will be removed by staff)

Use of Nice Gregs is prohibited. Your required to kill them

UNFAIR GAME-PLAY TOWARDS OTHER PLAYERS

Unnecessary Trolling can result in 1-7 Day Ban.

Discrimination can result in 1-7 Day Ban.

Teleport Killing/Baiting/Trapping can result in 1-7 Day Ban.
-
Sexual Remarks towards anyone can result in 1-4 Week Ban.
-
Sexual Harassment will lead to Permanent Bans.
(Make sure you have proof “video,screenshots,Voice Recordings" etc.)
Accusations are not good enough.

Teleporting Staff or Players unwillingly to Chaos Dragon (Instant Death) can result in 1-7 Day Ban.

Preventing Items from been picked up by using the the method to block unwanted items from entering your inventory with single items filling up slots won't be tolerated and can lead to 1-7 Day Bans depending on severity and probable lag it has caused.

If any of your setups ends up causing lag you are urged to redesign it, otherwise staff can tear it down! Ex: Ore Processing / Spawners design Flaw / Redstone Contraptions/ Laser Drills etc Ignoring any warnings given can result in 1-7 Day Ban.

Attempting to scam players with real money trades in any shape or form can lead to Temp or Permanent Bans.
(Up to Administrator + on the type of punishment / severity)
EXPLOITING / UNFAIR GAME-PLAY / CHEATING

Cheating for personal non-legitimate gain can result in 1-7 Day Ban.

Use of Bypassing Banned items can result in 1-7 Day Ban.

Mouse and Keyboard Macro Scripts can result in 1-7 Day Ban.

The Abuse of Bugs/Exploits can result in 1-7 Day Ban.

Evading Bans with other accounts or other means will extend Bans +2 Weeks. Further Evading will get your IP Banned Permanently.

IRL TRADES / DDoS / DOX THREATS

If you Dox people's personal information you will be Permanently Banned.

If you DDoS the server or even threaten to do so you will be Permanently Banned.

If you do Real-Life Trades or Sales of any kind in this network you will be Permanently Banned.
DONATOR RELATED RULES
-
Do not abuse the /weather and /time set commands. Be reasonable with how frequent you use these commands and not every time night or rain happens unless vast players want it.

No inappropriate nicknames and do not change other players nicknames without the players permission. If you have been asked you may but the players nickname can only be coloured and must not be something else.
Ex. Players name is SuperFlash then it must remain SuperFlash but coloured. Ex2. SuperFlash

Do not spam commands which can cause lag or annoyance for players.

Do not set fires with /lightning. Failure to stop fires on accidents can lead to 1-7 Day Ban.

Do not Force TP to other players without their permission.

Do not Force TP other players to you without their permission.

Do not Force rtp or warp other players without their permission.
-
Do not kick or mute other players without cause. If the need comes up temp mute, take a screenshot, and pass it up to a staff member.

A donator posing as staff - 3 Day Ban

Any and all Chargebacks and Refunds will result in a Automated Permanent Ban. The Founder has his experience with such things in the past and has learned how to defend against them. You will be banned. You will likely lose and then what? Wasted Effort. Bad Rep.

Donators are not allowed to teleport Regular Players inside the donator mines. Even if there basing together. Please ask people to leave if they some how glitch in and if they don't get Staff to make them leave. Punishable with 1-7 Day Bans. For both parties if caught.

PLAYERS AND STAFF HAVE THE RIGHT TO:

feel safe on any of the servers provided by the Network.

be spoken to or addressed in a friendly, respectful manner.

play in an environment which is fair and free of cheating and exploiting.

experience a friendly environment free of drama and anything to cause public upset.

play in an environment which is safe from account phishing, scamming and account selling.

Failure to be responsible can lead to a demotion or a complete strip down of your rank/powers.

If you have access to spawning commands you are not allowed to spawn items in for players unless replacing lost items. (With Proof. Preferred)

Spawning in items for your own non-legitimate benefit won't be tolerated.

Only help players builds with blocks and items obtained legitimately.

Going on a power trip can lead to the strip of rank.
-
Force teleporting to another player without permission can lead to warnings and then lead to small bans.

Once one staff member offers to help a player DON’T step in and take over. You can give your input but never dismiss your fellow staff member and take over unless otherwise stated from said Staff member.

Administrators have full authority to overrule any punishments like warnings mutes bans etc if they feel the punishment is wrong/unjust.

Berating another staff member will NOT be tolerated.

Calling players/discord members names will NOT be tolerated, 1st offense is a demotion, 2nd is removal from staff. (I.E. Idiot, stupid, berating comments. Etc)
If possible; Try not to go straight to the ban hammer ESPECIALLY PERMANENT BANS if it doesn't really call for such high punishment. Talking can do more than punishments.
(And try to be reasonable, don’t just get mad because of non compliance. Don't forget some players are young stupid teens or even less than teens but should be aware they will be treated as mature.)

As staff you are required to keep the environment as friendly as possible. This includes staff chat/with other staff members.
You are not above the rules (Few rules are exception). So you are required to follow the rules just like Players and Donators.
Rules can be overruled when investigating or if you have probable cause to investigate or break a rule.
If you do not agree with an fellow staff member and you cannot get your dispute between each other solved, DM an Admin or the next level Staff member if you’re Admins.
