TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

You accept these Terms and Condition when you donate to The Network. By Donating to This Network you agree to the following:

 

1) The Network Founder reserves the right to change anything with or without notice. Rank Prices, Rank Contents and Rank Benefits and during such changes you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund or partial refund if ranks change in anyway possible.

 

2) You agree to indemnify the staff, founders, owners, directors, administrators, moderators, operators, helpers, trainees, officers, employees, advertisers, partners, hosts and all other parties related to The Network. By agreeing to these terms, you agree not to present any lawsuit or other legal challenge against The Network for any reason, whether related to your donation or not.

 

3) You understand and agree that your use of any services or content provided is made available and provided to you at your own risk. It is provided to you as-is and The Network expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You understand and agree that neither us nor any participant in the service provides professional advice of any kind and thus the use of such advice or any other information is solely at your own risk and without our liability of any kind. Some jurisdictions may not allow disclaimers of implied warranties and the above disclaimer may not apply to you only as it relates to implied warranties.

 

4) You understand and agree that if any or all service operations provided to you end up shutting down for any reason you are not entitled to a refund of your donations.

 

5) You acknowledge and agree that your donation/s are a complete forfeit to The Network.

 

6) Note that by accepting the terms in the document, you are also waiving your right, to take any action, legal or otherwise, against anyone or anything related to the staff, management, administrators, members, owners or any hosts of this server or servers. You furthermore acknowledge that if any part of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any way, any parts found to be invalid or unenforceable will be considered fully valid and binding regardless.

 

7) Any staff, founders, owners, directors, administrators, moderators, operators, helpers, trainees, officers, employees, advertisers, partners, hosts, and all other parties related to this Network and any servers; staff reserve the right with the appropriate permissions to forcibly make you leave the server,  server's or any part of the network permanently or temporarily, with no chance of refunds or compensation. It is to be remembered that you already agreed to forfeit ownership of any amount of donations you willingly donated to support the Network. This will only happen in the case of rule-breaking. If you obey the rules and do not try to work around them or attempt to find loopholes or neglect the use of your common sense you will never be banned, plain and simple.

 

8) All terms and conditions are in effect indefinitely as soon as you make a single donation or multiple donations the terms and conditions is accepted, and will remain to be active even after you quit, are banished, removed, or if you leave the server/forum in any way. Returning to the server or any of its services does not make the terms and conditions void over any amount of time.

 

9) The Network terms and conditions, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice are subject to change at any time and without notice at the sole discretion of The Network. It is the sole responsibility that all users are kept up-to-date with the terms and conditions and not expect The Network to inform you of any changes. Public will have open access on the forums to these terms and conditions and anyone given strict permission to edit or change anything will try their best to ensure you are aware that there has been a change but don't rely on this statement.

 

10) No Services rendered by The Network are eligible for a refund. Prepayments and account credit are ineligible to be refunded, or transferred to alternate accounts. Committing a chargeback may or maynot end with you been globally banned from The Network. If you are banned for any reason you agree to never attempt to commit a refund or issue a chargeback for any reason. You have already agreed you have no rights to the money you have donated and that every single donation is a complete forfeit to The Network. This is classified as stealing. Donations are required for the longevity of any servers available.

 

10.a) You furthermore acknowledge there are no guarantees that any of the servers on the network will be around permanently and in the case of a server is no longer in operation then the virtual items and perks become forfeit and you are not entitled to any compensation.

 

11) You agree you will not look for loopholes. You furthermore agree that any accounts used to donate are owned by you or you have been given the required permission to use said accounts to donate to The Network. You agree and understand that any attempt to take back for which you have given can result in being permanent, temporary and/or globally banned from the entire Network and you acknowledge and agree that all donations and there virtual items and perks is a complete forfeit if any of the operations by the Network are Shutdown.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

1) Any personal information obtained when donation to The Network will never be sold or shared to any parties outside The Network whatsoever. Furthermore your personal information or any private details won't even be shared within The Network itself.

 

2) The only time your information will ever be looked at is to process the payments when you donate and to resolve any issues with donations if they fail to execute due to missing information.

 

LEGAL NOTICE

 

1) The Network is not in anyway shape or form affiliated with Minecraft, Microsoft or Mojang. We furthermore are not in any legal partnership or a business endorsed by the named parties.

 

2) Please do not contact any of the named parties in the event you are having issues with your donations to The Network. Networks Staff members will be happy to answer your questions or point you to the right person who can help you.
